This was a pak I did for CKDU’s the Radio Room.  It’s a half hour show produced by the King’s radio workshop.

I went to a Gaelic language conference at Dalhousie and learned a little more about Gaelic language and culture.

This is a pak I did for CKDU’s the Radio Room. It’s produced from the King’s radio workshop. I caught up with the Halifax Music Co-op and checked out their new digs.

At the time I made this piece they had just moved in to their new home. Now they’ve been awarded over 30,000 dollars for some much needed renovations.

This is a sample of the documentary I made in March 2014.

It’s the story of a true hidden gem in Halifax. Maurice McGaffney is a very talented pianist in his seventies.

But he’s never had one lesson – and he can’t read a note of music. He has a very unconventional style of playing and a hundred stories to tell. I was fortunate enough to hear a few of them.
